Terms of Use
The terms that apply when you browse this site, apply for a role through it, or send us a message. Every section opens with a one-line answer, so the short version takes about a minute.

On this page
These terms cover this website and nothing else. If we are working together under a signed agreement, that agreement governs the work — this page has no bearing on it. And if you are here to read one specific clause, the list on the left goes straight to it.
- 01
Agreement to these terms
In shortUsing this site means you accept these terms. If you do not, please stop using the site — there is nothing further you need to do.
These terms are an agreement between you and Anagha Technosoft covering your use of anaghatechnosoft.com and every page on it, including the careers listings and the application and contact forms. By browsing the site, sending us a message, or submitting an application, you accept them.
We may update these terms — see section 15. We will not apply a change retroactively to something you did before it took effect.
These terms do not govern the work we do for clients. Services we deliver are governed by the signed agreement between us and that client, and where anything here conflicts with a signed agreement, the signed agreement wins.
- 02
Who may use this site
In shortAdults, for business or job-seeking purposes. There is no account to create — the only login on this site belongs to our own staff.
This site is aimed at businesses and at people looking for work. You must be at least 16 to use it and at least 18 to apply for a role. If you are using it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms for that organisation.
There is no public account, no password, and no registration anywhere on this site. The administrator login exists for Anagha Technosoft recruiting staff only. Attempting to access it, or any other non-public part of the site, is covered by section 4.
We make the site available worldwide, but we make no claim that its content is appropriate or available in every location. If you use it from somewhere that makes doing so unlawful, that is your responsibility, not ours.
- 03
Our content and our marks
In shortThe site's text, design, code, and branding are ours. You are welcome to read, print, and share pages; you may not republish them as your own or scrape them.
The content of this site — text, layout, design, graphics, code, and the compilation of all of it — belongs to Anagha Technosoft or to the people who licensed it to us, and is protected by copyright. The Anagha name and logo, and our product names including HireNeuron, are our trademarks.
What you may do
Read the site, print or download pages for your own reference, and share links to them. Quote us with attribution. Nothing here is intended to stop a normal reader, a journalist, or a prospective client from using the site the way sites are used.
What needs our permission
- Republishing our content, in whole or substantial part, anywhere else.
- Using our name, logo, or product names in your own marketing materials.
- Systematically copying the site — scraping, mirroring, or extracting our job listings into another database or job board.
- Using our content or listings to train a machine learning model.
Ask us at info@anaghatechnosoft.com. We usually say yes to reasonable requests.
- 04
What you may not do here
In shortThe short list: do not attack the site, do not automate against it, do not impersonate anyone, and do not misuse the forms.
- Probe, scan, or test the site or its infrastructure for vulnerabilities, or attempt to breach any security or authentication measure, without our prior written permission. Security researchers: write to info@anaghatechnosoft.com first and we will talk.
- Interfere with the site's availability — denial of service, flooding the forms, or any attempt to overload it.
- Use bots, scrapers, or any automated means to access, copy, or submit to the site, other than search engines indexing public pages in the ordinary way.
- Upload anything containing malware, or any file that is not the resume the form asks for.
- Impersonate another person or organisation, or submit an application or inquiry in someone else's name without their authority.
- Harvest email addresses or other contact details from the site for unsolicited marketing.
- Use the site or its content to build or promote a directly competing service.
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose, or to harass our staff.
We may block access, remove submissions, and report conduct to the authorities where any of the above happens. We do this to keep the site working, not to catch people out.
- 05
Applying for a role through this site
In shortTell the truth, send a resume you have the right to send, and understand that an application is not an offer of employment.
When you submit an application, you confirm that:
- The information you give is accurate and current, and the resume is yours to send.
- You have the right to share any third-party information it contains — a referee's contact details, for example.
- You are not bound by an agreement with someone else that your application or a role with us would breach.
Submitting an application does not create an employment relationship, an offer, or any obligation on us to interview you or respond. We may keep and consider your application for other roles as described in our Privacy Policy, and you can ask us to delete it at any time.
Material misrepresentation in an application is grounds for us to reject it, and to end any engagement that resulted from it.
How your application is handled — including where AI is used to read it, and the fact that people, not models, make every hiring decision — is set out in section 4 of our Privacy Policy.
- 06
Messages you send, and how we reply
In shortGive us a phone number or email and we may use it to answer you. We do not add you to a marketing list for asking a question.
When you send an inquiry or an application, you agree that we may contact you by email or phone — including text message where you gave us a mobile number — about that inquiry or that application. Standard message and data rates from your carrier may apply. Reply STOP to any text to stop receiving them, or just tell us.
We do not sign you up to marketing email for asking a question, and we do not pass your details to anyone else's marketing. If we ever start a mailing list, it will be one you opt into.
Anything you send us that is not personal information — a product suggestion, a bug report, feedback on the site — we may use without obligation or payment to you. Do not send us confidential information or ideas you expect to be paid for through these forms; send an NDA request to info@anaghatechnosoft.com instead.
- 07
What this site is not
In shortIt is marketing and information. It is not an offer, not advice, and not a specification you can hold us to — engagements are governed by a signed contract.
Descriptions of our products and services tell you what they do in general terms. They are not an offer capable of acceptance, and they are not a warranty of any particular capability, availability, or result for you.
Figures on this site — time-to-hire improvements, numbers of agents in production, client and engineer counts — describe our own experience and the results of specific engagements at the time of writing. They are not a prediction or a guarantee of what you would get.
Nothing on the site is legal, financial, tax, or professional advice. What we actually commit to for a client is what appears in the master services agreement, statement of work, or order form we both sign, and that document governs.
- 08
Availability and changes to the site
In shortWe run the site as reliably as we can, but we do not promise it will be up, and we change content without notice.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of this site at any time, including removing a job listing or a product page, without notice and without liability to you. Content is current as at the date it was published and may not have been updated since.
We correct errors and omissions when we find them, including pricing, availability, and role descriptions, at any time and without prior notice.
- 09
Links to other sites
In shortWe link out to LinkedIn, client sites, and others. We do not control them and we are not responsible for them.
Links from this site to a third party are for convenience. They are not an endorsement, we do not control the destination, and we are not responsible for its content, its accuracy, or its handling of your information. Read that site's own terms and privacy policy before you use it.
- 10
Disclaimer of warranties
In shortThe site is provided as-is. We do not warrant it is accurate, complete, uninterrupted, or error-free.
This site and everything on it is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anagha Technosoft disclaims all warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or secure, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the servers that host it are free of harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of any content on it. You use the site at your own risk, and you are responsible for your own device and your own security measures.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties. Where that is true for you, the exclusions above apply only to the extent the law permits, and nothing here limits your non-excludable statutory rights.
- 11
Limitation of liability
In shortNothing on this site is sold, so our total liability for it is capped at US$100. Death, personal injury, and fraud are never excluded.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anagha Technosoft and its directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or lost goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use this site — even if we were told such damages were possible.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to this site and these terms will not exceed US$100. Access to this site is free of charge, which is the reason the cap is set where it is; liability under a signed services agreement is governed by that agreement and is not affected by this section.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.
- 12
Indemnification
In shortIf your misuse of the site causes us to be sued, you cover the cost. This is aimed at abuse, not at ordinary visitors.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anagha Technosoft and its directors, employees, and agents from any claim, loss, liability, or reasonable legal fees arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of the rights of a third party. We will notify you promptly of any such claim, and you may not settle it in a way that imposes an obligation on us without our written consent.
- 13
Privacy
In shortOur Privacy Policy explains what we collect and why. It forms part of these terms.
Our Privacy Policy describes what this site collects, how we use it, who we share it with, how long we keep it, and how to have it deleted. It is incorporated into these terms by reference. Where the two documents describe the same thing differently, the Privacy Policy governs how we handle personal information.
- 14
Governing law and disputes
In shortTexas law governs, and disputes go to the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas. Talk to us first — most things are fixable with an email.
These terms and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of this site are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You and Anagha Technosoft agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and each of us waives any objection to that venue.
Before filing anything, please write to info@anaghatechnosoft.com describing the problem and what you want done about it. We will respond within 30 days, and in our experience that resolves it.
If you are a consumer resident in the UK, the EEA, or another jurisdiction whose law gives you the right to bring proceedings locally, this section does not take that right away from you.
- 15
Changes to these terms
In shortThe date at the top changes whenever the terms do. Continuing to use the site after an update means the updated terms apply.
We revise these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date at the top of this page always reflects the current version, and the version in force is the one published here when you use the site. Where a change materially affects your rights, we will say so on this page. If you do not accept a revision, stop using the site.
- 16
General terms
In shortThe usual clean-up clauses: severability, entire agreement, no waiver, and assignment.
- Severability. If a provision is held unenforceable, it is severed or narrowed to the minimum extent needed, and the rest stays in force.
- Entire agreement. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the whole agreement between us about this website, and replace anything said before — except a signed services agreement, which takes precedence over both.
- No waiver. If we do not enforce a provision on one occasion, that is not a waiver of it on any other.
- Assignment. We may assign these terms to a successor in a merger or sale of the business. You may not assign yours without our written consent.
- Interpretation. “Including” means “including without limitation.” Headings are for navigation and carry no legal weight.
- No third-party beneficiaries. These terms create rights only between you and us.
